The Duramax engine does not come with a lift pump from the factory, instead, your CP4 injection pump is required to pull fuel under vacuum, which puts unnecessary wear on your pump. The FASS pump is designed to circumvent this issue and fuel your Duramax properly and efficiently.
 A Titanium Signature Series System also offers advanced filtration benefits that will help protect your Duramax’s injection Systems, effectively extending the life of your Injection System and Injectors. These Benefits include an improved filtration rating of 2 Microns, built-in water separation filter, and FASS Fuel Systems patented air/vapor removal process.
